Greenway Environmental Management (GEM) is a woman owned business at the forefront of the Renewable Energy Sector. GEM started out as MedOlive Inc (Mediterranean Organic Living, Inc) in 2003 importing Organic Food and Clothing from the Mediterranean into the US. In the past few years the company evolved into a Renewable Energy Enterprise offering Geothermal Heating and Cooling Products along with Environmental Safety and Remediation products. Additionally, GEM recently expanded its profile to include Solar Thermal Products and Energy Auditing Services. Our office is located in Calverton Long Island. However, the geographical area that we operate is the North Eastern Region (From Maine down to Delmarva Peninsula). GEM is the largest distributor of Hydron Module Products in New York State. In addition to selling geothermal equipment and accessories, GEM also provides technical support and training for all products it carries. GEM has also been conducting informational Seminars on Geothermal Energy to the general public free of charge. The Seminars include descriptions of how the technology works in easy to understand language. Along with visiting a working Geothermal System on site, participants get to interact with industry experts and specialists and learn about the economics of the technology including 30% Federal tax credit & Local rebates. GEM also offers training and products related to Energy Auditing.
